It shapes the overall client relationship and lifecycle strategy, networks and builds relationships with carriers and direct report clients, and owns strategic outcomes for high-stakes initiatives with measurable enterprise value. The position directs department or team development and mentors across functions (including senior leaders), and serves as a recognized subject matter authority shaping long-term organization strategy.
