Overview As a Client Executive, you’ll manage client accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendor partners, helping to shape a future defined by trust and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
  • License required.
  • Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to quickly determine critical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the day-to-day servicing and relationship needs for large and/or complex client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Lead resources to address client needs effectively.
  • Drive the sale of additional services and coverage.
  • Accountable for achieving client retention targets.
  • Collaborate with senior buyers and day-to-day client representatives.
  • Develops and negotiates fee-based service pricing, ensuring profitability through a value-driven approach aligned with the scope of services and associated client agreement costs.
  • Support and guide administrative and customer service teams.
