Job Summary The Engagement and Renewals Manager is a client-facing role focused on revenue retention and long-term client success for PatronManager, a CRM platform built on Salesforce serving the arts and cultural sector. This role owns a portfolio of high-value accounts, driving renewals, deepening product adoption, and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with Client Experience, Sales, Implementation, and Product teams to ensure clients achieve their goals with PatronManager. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Client Engagement.
