As a Stable Kernel Client Experience Specialist, your primary goals are to build client loyalty, strengthen strategic relationships, and identify growth opportunities across our portfolios. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while creating meaningful experiences that deepen engagement with Stable Kernel. In addition to managing client relationships, you will help design and execute client engagement programs, including executive events, client gifting initiatives, industry experiences, and strategic touchpoints that reinforce our commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. You will collaborate closely with Client Experience, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Delivery teams to create personalized experiences that strengthen relationships, support account growth, and showcase Stable Kernel’s expertise and culture.
