About The Position

Intapp is hiring a Senior Client Advocacy and References Manager to build brand authority and drive pipeline by creating, maintaining, and scaling its client advocacy infrastructure. The role owns the enterprise client reference program and the broader advocacy program, ensuring teams can engage the right client voices at the right time while avoiding overburdening individual advocates. The position establishes and maintains the program’s operating model, advocate standards, governance, platform, reporting, and internal adoption. It coordinates reference fulfillment across sales, analyst relations, and other teams; grows a balanced advocate population using client feedback signals and collaboration with client success and account teams; and partners with events, marketing, and sales to feature client speakers. The manager monitors program health and outcomes, reports clearly to leadership, and drives improvements to program processes and advocate experience.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience, including demonstrated ability to build and manage program infrastructure such as intake processes, reference tracking systems, participation frameworks, and reporting cadences.
  • Experience working across go-to-market functions, including sales, customer success, and marketing, and coordinating shared workflows in a matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with reference management platforms or CRM-based tracking tools.
  • Strong program management skills, including diagnosing process breakdowns, designing solutions, and securing adoption.
  • Ability to build trust with client-facing teams and influence without direct authority, including working with senior leadership and diplomatically driving alignment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain program value to both sales representatives and senior leaders.
  • Organized, systematic approach to tracking priorities and following through reliably.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure in an environment that does not yet have it.
