The role involves compiling and submitting market financial and commodity reports, processing purchase requisitions and invoices, preparing billing documents, and handling bank deposits. Additionally, the position may involve operating truck scales, issuing weight tickets, and collecting fees. The Senior Clerk will also maintain expense and revenue ledgers, serve as a market receptionist, handle mail, prepare correspondence, and organize records. The role requires occasional travel for meetings, trainings, or conferences, and successful applicants must pass a background screening. The schedule is subject to change during peak seasons.
