About The Position
As our Senior Claims Representative on the TPA Services team, you will support the coordination of communication among clients, claim examiners, insurance carriers and captive managers. You will respond promptly to inquiries from clients and internal teams, provide guidance on reporting guidelines and procedures, and overall provide support to the TPA Services team.
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ related experience supporting claims or insurance operations.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced role with many different tasks.
- Experience setting up and maintaining claim files (PL/HPL).
- Familiarity with credentialing, loss runs, NPDB and MMSEA compliance reporting.
- Ability to review and adjust defense counsel invoices for adherence to litigation guidelines and billing standards.
- Proven collaborator who partners with claims examiners.
- Flexible and resilient: able to navigate the ebb and flow of workload, stay focused during high‑volume periods, and “roll up your sleeves” to get work done.
Nice To Haves
- BA/BS degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities

- Partner with claims examiners, providing day-to-day operational support, sharing timely updates, and helping move files toward resolution.
- Review and adjust defense counsel invoices for adherence to litigation guidelines and billing standards.
