About The Position

Maxwell Claims – A Westland Company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Claims Examiner to join our team in Quebec. This is a remote opportunity. In this role, you will deliver top quality claim service and anticipate client needs by building strong and authentic relationships.

Requirements

A solid background in both Personal and Commercial Lines policies with knowledge of property & casualty claims
Minimum of 5-8 years of multi-line claims handling experience along with a CIP designation or working towards it.
AMF license required.
Proven track record of directing Independent Adjusters and Legal Counsel in the investigation, negotiation, and settlement of claims.
Ability to be calm, maintain positive relationships, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative team player who thrives and works well with others to achieve goals.
Possess strong analytical & organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in working with London Markets under Delegated Claims Authority
