About The Position

Kimley-Horn is seeking a motivated Senior Civil Engineer to expand its Development Services practice in Doral, Florida. The successful candidate will lead a Development Services team, build and manage relationships with key clients, and lead a land development practice. The role offers significant autonomy to lead, direct, and grow the business, with potential advancement to ownership and participation in an impressive bonus program.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience managing land development projects.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners, and/or land owners.
• Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Business development and marketing experience, including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work.
• Ability to communicate positively and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage and mentor staff and direct resources effectively in a positive manner.
• Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably.
