About The Position
Engineering Firm seeks an experienced Senior Civil Engineer Project Manager with a P.E. License to provide engineering support and project management experience for municipal projects. This is a full-time permanent position with benefits located in the Akron, Ohio area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- P.E. License in Ohio is required.
- Hands-on experience including design and construction phase services.
- Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
- Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
Nice To Haves
- Civil / Structural Project Management experience preferred.
- Experienced with water, wastewater, site development, solid waste, and environmental engineering.
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support and project management experience for municipal projects.
- Manage the planning, design and construction of water or wastewater treatment plants, storm water systems, distribution/collection systems, and pump/lift stations.
- Prepare proposals, reports, specifications, contract documents, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, regulators, and support staff to ensure that time and cost goals are met.
- Coordinate multi-disciplined design engineering teams.
- Mentor junior-level staff.
