This role is designed to provide day-to-day operational continuity, staff support, and market-facing leadership for the Munster office while strategic direction, priorities, and structure are set by the RPCL. The position blends senior-level technical credibility, people support, and operational accountability without requiring sole ownership of office strategy or long-term planning. The role emphasizes execution, visibility, and consistency—ensuring that established expectations are met, staff are supported, and the office operates smoothly and predictably.
