We have an opportunity for an Operations Manager/Sr. Civil Engineer with land development experience to lead projects for clients in the public and private sectors. Because our employees are usually involved in several projects at one time, involving numerous team members (such as project manager, engineer, and CAD technician/designer), exceptional communications skills and the ability to work well with others is essential. The best candidate will be a Professional (Civil) Engineer with at least ten years’ experience in the design and management of land development projects. Some of the accomplishments we are looking for include experience in building and maintaining client relations, business development, delegation of responsibility, and the ability to mentor designers and junior engineers.
