Job Summary As a Senior Chef Manager at Eurest, you will lead a best-in-class corporate dining program, overseeing both front- and back-of-house operations with a strong focus on culinary excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. In this role, you will drive the delivery of a high-quality, contemporary food program by developing menus, managing inventory and procurement, and ensuring strong financial performance through effective labor and food cost control. You will maintain Eurest’s high standards for food safety, sanitation, and operational efficiency while overseeing all financial reporting responsibilities.
