About The Position

In this role, you’ll partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into adoption—ensuring employees are engaged, equipped, and ready to embrace new ways of working. Your work will directly impact how effectively we deliver on our priorities, accelerate value realization, and drive lasting organizational change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5–10 years leading change for large-scale, global transformations.
  • Experience creating digital communications (SharePoint, HTML, multimedia).
  • Strong ability to develop executive-level messaging and engagement materials.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or CRO environments, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end change management strategies for global initiatives.
  • Define and communicate the change vision, impact, and value.
  • Coach leaders to drive visible sponsorship and engagement.
  • Deliver stakeholder, impact, and risk assessments to inform planning.
  • Develop and execute targeted communication and training plans.
  • Track adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and L&D to ensure successful implementation.
  • Build and manage SharePoint-based communication hubs and content.
