Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Change Implementation Coordinator within Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as a part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with change implementation impact. You will develop communication and training plans, identify and monitor resolution of issues, escalating as necessary. You will also identify best practices and recommend new workflows and procedures, perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks, and provide maintenance support for project teams and assist in determining implementation strategy. Additionally, you will provide input to project manager and project teams on appropriate implementation strategy, methods, and plans, provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to team, and interact with team, peers, management, and technology on implementation of strategy.
