About The Position

Anduril’s AIS team is seeking a Senior Certification Engineer with exceptionally strong experience and familiarity with U.S. Government cryptographic standards to lead the processes of taking Anduril’s cryptographic services through formal validation and certification processes, while also working across product lines to align use-of-cryptography with USG formal requirements.

Requirements

• Experience with U.S. Government cryptographic standardization and/or certification processes, e.g. FIPS (CAVP/CMVP), NIAP, and/or CSfC
• Experience tailoring implementations in products of standardized cryptography to align with detailed formal requirements in validation/certification processes
• Conversational in fine-grained details of applied Post-Quantum Cryptography
• Able to provide hands-on software engineering support for cryptographic product development
• Currently possesses or is eligible to hold a U.S. Secret security clearance

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience working with Post Quantum Cryptography
• Demonstrated experience advocating for migration to Post Quantum Cryptography
• Demonstrated experience implementing production-quality cryptography
• Demonstrated experience in organizational leadership or technical mentoring
• Ph.D. in a relevant field, e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.
• Experience with Rust and Go
