About The Position

We are hiring Caregivers, CNAs, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for afternoon shifts. Whether you're experienced in-home caregiver or new to senior care, we offer paid training and are willing to train compassionate individuals ready to make a difference. This position is ideal for someone who is also a pet lover, as the client has several cats in the home. At Caring Senior Service, we believe the work you do matters, and we are committed to making sure every Caregiver feels supported, respected, and valued. Our mission is to help seniors remain healthy, happy, and at home, and we know that it starts with building a strong, dependable team. We focus on one-on-one care, consistent schedules, and strong communication so you can provide the level of care you’re proud of. We are urgently hiring for an afternoon caregiver position in Columbus, TX —make a difference while doing meaningful work every day.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or caregiving experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Comfortable working in a home with multiple cats (pet-friendly)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
• Ensuring client safety, comfort, and dignity
• Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families
