About The Position

AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC is seeking a Part-Time HomeCare Consultant with HomeCare Management experience to review current company practices and provide insights for growing the HomeCare division. The ideal candidate will have experience running operations in a non-medical Homecare agency at an Administrator, Owner, Director, or Operations/Branch Manager level. This is a contract, part-time, work-from-home position requiring 10-20 hours per week, high-speed internet, and a company-provided laptop with at least one 27" or larger monitor, mouse, and keyboard. The company is a growing, non-medical, private duty Homecare organization providing services to seniors and individuals with intellectual disabilities throughout Tennessee.

Requirements

  • Must live in Tennessee
  • HomeCare Management experience
  • Experience running operations in a non-medical Homecare agency (Administrator, Owner, Director, Operations/Branch Manager level or equivalent)
  • High-speed internet
  • Ability to prepare necessary reports to present recommendations for improvement
  • Ability to maintain effective verbal and written communications with company staff
  • Must be flexible and organized
  • Must be able to work without close supervision
  • The ability to interact with a wide range of people
  • Must be able to deal with confidential material/documents with discretion and confidentiality
  • Must be tech-savvy
  • Must be flexible and willing to work and learn on the fly
  • Should be comfortable with software and technology
  • Must have at least one 27" or larger monitor, mouse, and keyboard to use with company laptop

Responsibilities

  • Reviews Homecare operations alongside the team to identify growth constraints and improvement opportunities.
  • Shares findings and recommendations with leadership to increase growth.
  • Reviews the Homecare Division's retention of clients and caregivers, suggesting ways to improve retention.
  • Reviews the Homecare Division’s client and caregiver outreach, referral sources, and recruitment channels, recommending improvements to increase referrals and hiring.
  • Assists in implementing accepted recommendations.
  • Reviews processes and procedures to ensure compliance and suggests ways to improve.
  • Works with management to improve the growth rate of the Homecare Division.
