About The Position

AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC is seeking a Part-Time HomeCare Consultant with HomeCare Management experience to review current company practices and provide insights to grow their HomeCare division. The ideal candidate will have experience running operations in a non-medical Homecare agency at an Administrator, Owner, Director, Operations/Branch Manager level or equivalent. This is a Contract Part-Time Consultant work-from-home position, requiring 10 to 20 hours per week. Candidates must have high-speed internet and at least one 27" or larger monitor, mouse, and keyboard to use with the company laptop. The company is a growing, non-medical, private duty Homecare organization providing caregiving services to seniors and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, enabling them to live in their homes throughout Tennessee. They are looking for an independent, self-motivated individual with a high level of energy.

Requirements

  • Must live in Tennessee
  • HomeCare Agency experience
  • Experience running operations in a non-medical Homecare agency (Administrator, Owner, Director, Operations/Branch Manager level or equivalent)
  • High-speed internet
  • At least one 27" or larger monitor, mouse, and keyboard to use with company laptop
  • Ability to prepare necessary reports to present recommendations for improvement
  • Ability to maintain effective verbal and written communications with company staff
  • Must be flexible and organized
  • Must be able to work without close supervision
  • The ability to interact with a wide range of people
  • Must be able to deal with confidential material/documents with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Must be tech-savvy
  • Must be flexible and willing to work and learn on the fly!
  • Comfortable with software and technology
  • Overall organized person

Responsibilities

  • Reviews Homecare operations alongside the team to identify growth constraints and improvement opportunities, then shares findings and recommendations with leadership to increase growth.
  • Review the Homecare Division's retention of clients and caregivers, suggest ways to improve retention.
  • Review the Homecare Division’s client and caregiver outreach, referral sources, and recruitment channels, and recommend improvements to increase referrals and hiring.
  • Assist in implementing those recommendations that are accepted.
  • Review processes and procedures to ensure compliance, suggest ways to improve.
  • Work with management to improve the growth rate of the Homecare Division.
