As a Senior Care Account Executive with CE Solutions, you’ll drive revenue by building strong relationships and delivering tailored learning and education solutions that support better patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and compliance. This consultative role blends strategic selling with long-term partnership development across a diverse healthcare client base. The Senior Care Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through selling CE Solutions services by building and managing relationships with a wide variety of clients. You will focus on developing strong relationships with customers, defining their needs, and creating a partnership to recommend and sell solutions that best satisfy those needs. In addition, the Senior Care Account Executive provides sales quotations and responds to requests for proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years sales experience.
  • Multi-year experience in the healthcare profession, preferably Senior Care.
  • Sound interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required for the purpose of developing and delivering presentations as well as creating, composing and editing written materials
  • Strong organization, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, rapport, and respect for customers.
  • A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning.
  • Expertise with technology (CRM, PowerPoint, Excel, web-based software applications, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Establish new customers and relationships while retaining and building current membership.
  • Understands customer’s business, needs, and challenges through excellent relationship building and communication skills.
  • Strengthen current and develop new CE Solutions partner company relationships including HPSI, AHCA, and Leading Age.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct CE Solutions learning management demonstrations and presentations tailored to the senior care industry.
  • Recommend and suggest suitable products or services that positively impact customer business goals.
  • Understand client challenges and position products/services as solutions that improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, or compliance. Additional CE Solutions products include an Infection Compliance (ICS) Tool, MDS Training, Wound Care Resources, and a host of CEUs. Technology Solutions including customer HR System Connection, Single Sign-On, and Custom Branding.
  • Help to maintain customer and prospect databases for tracking, marketing, and reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate ongoing education on current issues relevant to customers and prospects (e.g. webinars, live presentations, web-based courses).
  • Actively participate in conventions/meetings that include Local and National AHCA/Leading Age Association meetings.
  • Stay informed about senior care industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide insights to internal teams to help shape product development and positioning.
  • Author timely communications to keep customers informed of the latest industry news, events, and initiatives.
