About The Position

Our internal firm services team focuses on the firm’s critical business needs. From human resources opportunities to marketing and everything in between, our integrated solution approach is designed to help enable and manage growth, leverage resources, and optimize firm operations. At Plante Moran, we have the privilege of serving clients and providing consultative services as they face challenges and seek new opportunities. As part of our client delivery team, the Campus Recruiting Senior Consultant collaborates with our Human Resources Team to provide comprehensive recruiting services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related business field
  • 4+ years of experience preferred as a Campus or Corporate Recruiter, or College/University Outplacement Recruiter or Career Placement Advisor
  • Recruiting for professional services organizations highly preferred
  • Frequent travel throughout the region, with heightened travel requirements during peak recruiting seasons (January-April; August-November) is required for this position
  • This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying top talent for the firm from targeted universities
  • Developing strong relationships with faculty and students, while collaborating with our Plante Moran staff and partners to facilitate the networking and branding of Plante at the targeted schools
  • Managing all on campus activities, event planning and execution that facilitate the candidate selection and interviewing process, and deploy identified talent to various offices
  • Performing data analytics on key universities to help drive business decisions
  • Lead the offer presentation and on-boarding process
  • Actively participate in internship program planning and execution
  • Additional Human Resource and Experienced Hiring recruiting projects as assigned
