This role is a pivotal member of the Early Careers team, responsible for bringing our campus recruiting strategy to life. With the strategy and vision already defined, this individual will focus on execution, scale, and impact—turning priorities into outcomes across targeting, program management, pipeline building, and business partnership. Reporting into the Head of Early Career Recruitment, this role will drive change through action, ensuring our campus programs deliver high quality, diverse talent aligned to business needs—now and into the future.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Campus Recruiting Strategy
  • Operationalize and execute an established early careers and campus recruiting strategy across key programs (intern, new grad, pipeline initiatives)
  • Translate strategy into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables that drive measurable outcomes
  • Identify execution gaps and continuously evolve programs to improve quality, efficiency, and impact
  • Lead school and audience targeting strategies aligned to workforce plans, skill needs, and diversity efforts
  • Build and maintain strong, forward looking candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, engagement, and early identification
  • Partner with marketing, ERGs, and external organizations to expand reach and strengthen talent pools
  • Own end to end program management for campus initiatives, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement including summer intern program
  • Ensure programs are executed consistently, on time, and at scale across stakeholders and geographies
  • Use data and insights to track performance, identify risks, and drive informed decisions
  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring leaders, HRBPs, and workforce planning teams
  • Translate business needs into actionable recruiting plans and realistic timelines
  • Set clear expectations with stakeholders and ensure accountability on both sides
  • Champion best practices and new ways of working across campus recruiting
  • Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a high visibility talent pipeline
  • Influence without authority and lead through strong execution, credibility, and results
  • Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
