Senior Business Unit Manager (Pharma/CDMO) Drive Growth. Lead Customer Partnerships. Deliver Results. We're seeking a Senior Business Unit Manager to lead strategic customer relationships within our Pharma/CDMO business. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll own customer success, business performance, and profitability while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, CDMO, or related regulated industries.
  • Experience managing customer accounts, commercial strategies, and P&L responsibility.
  • Strong background in aseptic filling, sterile manufacturing, or drug-device combination products.
  • Proven success in contract negotiations, business growth, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong financial, operational, and leadership capabilities.
  • Industry-specific experience a necessity - must have experience of working in Pharma or CDMO in Aseptic Filling/Drug Device Manufacture

Responsibilities

  • Own P&L performance for key customer accounts and business units.
  • Build and strengthen executive-level customer relationships.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements.
  • Drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and business expansion opportunities.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic account planning.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure successful program execution.
  • Develop, coach, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Serve as a key member of the site leadership team.
