Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or Business Management preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, finance, supply chain, account management, or business leadership.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, pricing, forecasting, and business analytics.
  • Experience working in customer-facing roles within manufacturing or operational environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, logistics, and contract management.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree.
  • Experience leading customer accounts in electronics manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations.
  • Background in continuous improvement, change management, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Experience managing business growth and strategic customer partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary business leader for an assigned customer account and workcell.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships while identifying opportunities for revenue growth and expanded partnerships.
  • Own and manage the workcell's P&L, including pricing, profitability, and financial performance.
  • Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, contract execution, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, and finance teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Represent the customer within the organization and ensure commitments are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
