About The Position
Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with our client in Minneapolis, MN. Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to work on medium to large size projects. The role demonstrates advanced knowledge and ability, and can apply the competency in new or complex situations and guides other professionals. The role is responsible for execution of all aspects of requirements delivery- planning, elicitation, analysis and documentation, management, and support - for changes to Business Areas and Technology.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects
- String Technical skillset (including data mapping/mining, Source – target diagramming experience
- Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile
- Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation
- Intermediate SQL experience
- Data mapping, data flow diagramming
- Must be able to be onsite in Minneapolis 4 days/week, 1 day remote.

- Financial Services experience, preferably in Wealth Management
