Student Information Services and Systems (SISS) is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to serve as our Operations (Ops) Lead and a key strategic partner in supporting Duke’s student information ecosystem. In this highly visible role, you’ll combine deep technical expertise with operational leadership to ensure our student systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with the evolving needs of the University. You’ll work primarily with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (DukeHub) and play a lead role in shaping how student lifecycle processes are supported across schools and central offices. Your daily work will involve collaborating with functional partners across the university, coordinating operational activities such as testing and communications, and solving complex system and process challenges that directly impact students, staff, and faculty. As part of SISS’s embedded support model, you will serve as the dedicated technical and operations resource for key functional teams. This model is designed to deepen relationships, improve responsiveness, and ensure operational decisions are tightly aligned with academic and administrative priorities. You’ll contribute to planning and prioritization efforts, gain early insight into upcoming changes, and help the Operations team proactively support new initiatives.
