Requirements

An active Top Secret (TS) Clearance is required.
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of related experience.
Gathering business requirements to define documentation for development teams.
Effective communication with senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Understanding of SAFe Agile

Responsibilities

Facilitating communication and collaboration between the program office and internal/external stakeholders to support program objectives and IT initiatives.
Creating, maintaining, and presenting reports, briefings, and training materials to ensure clarity and alignment among all parties involved.
Providing functional expertise in various aspects of outreach, including outreach strategy development, curriculum development, outreach delivery, and technology-based outreach.
Gathering and analyzing business requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined and documented for development teams.
Conducting research and perform technical analysis on assigned topics, identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Validating solutions by participating in user acceptance testing, ensuring that the final product meets the established requirements.
