About The Position

Full Visibility is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Senior located in Winchester, VA or Washington, DC. This is a Hybrid Role. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance. Individuals selected for this position will be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinations based on their assignment after their start date and must be able to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of their employment. Full Visibility is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Senior with a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience to join our growing team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Business Systems Analyst.
  • Current SAFe Agile Product Management Certification or ICAgile Product Management Certification.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience utilizing Azure DevOps Server (ADO) and Jira to manage requirements, backlogs, user stories, workflows, and Agile development processes.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the collection, analysis, and management of mission-user requirements from prioritization and concept development through user story creation, supporting successful product development and deployment efforts.
  • Facilitate the gathering and documentation of business-focused requirements, partnering closely with product teams and product owners to define and maintain product backlogs while ensuring the end-user perspective is incorporated throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Drive requirements-gathering activities with a focus on improving usability, enhancing the user experience, and increasing user adoption and engagement.
  • Identify and analyze core business needs, translating them into concepts of operation (CONOPS), story maps, user stories, briefings, workflow diagrams, and other supporting documentation as required.
  • Provide consultation and guidance on complex projects, evaluating the business impact of technology solutions within both current and future operating environments.
  • Demonstrate the ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documentation; solve multifaceted problems involving multiple variables and potential solutions; and apply strong analytical, critical-thinking, and quantitative skills to support informed decision-making.
