About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst who enjoys solving complex business problems, improving processes, and making systems work smarter. In this role, you'll partner with leaders across Finance, Operations, Accounting, Sales, and IT to improve and integrate critical business systems including ERP, CRM, MES, reporting platforms, and financial systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Finance, Operations, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of Business Systems, ERP, or Business Analysis experience
• Strong understanding of business processes and system workflows
• Experience with ERP, CRM, MES, Accounting, or Reporting platforms
• Ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, or data analysis experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP migration, integration, and optimization initiatives
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Build reporting, dashboards, and data-driven solutions
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive projects forward
• Support system integrations, testing, and implementation efforts
• Help standardize processes across multiple locations
