Requirements

Undergraduate degree preferably of a technical or engineering orientation.
Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis or a similar technical role with 4-5 years of experience working in Salesforce environment.
Hands on experience working with the Salesforce ecosystem including knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning UI.
Hands-on experience using Salesforce products to develop client or business solutions – configuring Salesforce CRM products, modifying screens, changing workflows, validation rules, security controls, data analysis, and reporting.
Self-starter, results-oriented and motivated with excellent analytical and technical skills.
Proven effectiveness at managing multiple tasks of varying complexities, meeting tight deadlines and working well under pressure.
Ability to actively listen, visualize and brainstorm with customers to create optimal solutions to complex business problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with experience writing business requirements, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Strong skills and experience working with SQL, data analysis & manipulation, and relational databases.
Familiarity with software development and project management lifecycle practices.

Responsibilities

Partner with operational groups to design (or redesign), optimize processes, and implement new business processes and systems to improve Just Energy’s operations.
Work with business stakeholders and external partners to analyze business challenges, design practical and attainable solutions.
Document business, functional, and technical requirements for implementing solutions to support business strategies.
Develop, maintain, and strengthen effective relationships with business stakeholders. Engage with business and IT stakeholders to prioritize changes and projects to align IT priorities with business objectives.
Remain flexible with multiple shifting priorities and effectively function under deadlines with minimal supervision.
Manage projects and changes as assigned throughout the SDLC; from inception to roll-out. Remove obstacles, Inform and enable project teams for successful implementation.
Work with IT implementation teams to ensure that tools or software packages are implemented according to specification and function correctly before they are released to production. Follow up on delivery, review and report results after roll-out.
Provide input and take actions to resolve escalated production issues. Take steps to minimize future issues.
Help manage, build, and support applications built on Salesforce platform.
Create tools in various platforms (Salesforce, SQL, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) to help manage the day-to-day responsibilities or create reports for various functional areas.
