About The Position

Kaseya is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to help scale the organization's planning, execution, and measurement of success. This role involves partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and senior leaders to bring structure to complex work, improve operating rhythms, and provide leaders with the clarity needed for effective decision-making. This is a hands-on, high-impact position for an individual who thrives in ambiguity, values leverage over busywork, and enjoys optimizing organizational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in business operations or a related field.

  • Proficiency in owning and operating planning, intake, execution, and review cadences.

  • Skill in creating decision-ready reporting for leadership.

  • Ability to proactively surface issues with context and recommendations.
  • Experience in defining and tracking operational and business metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, and other business teams.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early and drive resolution through influence and collaboration.
  • Ensure work is well-structured, prioritized, and progressing with clear ownership and accountability.
  • Own and operate planning, intake, execution, and review cadences within your scope.
  • Improve existing processes to reduce friction, increase clarity, and improve delivery reliability.
  • Create clear, concise, decision-ready reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Distil complex information into executive-level narratives that highlight what matters most.
  • Proactively surface issues with context and recommended next steps.
  • Define and track meaningful operational and business metrics aligned to strategic goals.
  • Translate data into insights that drive action and improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve how the organization operates and help implement changes end-to-end.
