The Senior Business Operations Associate partners with Customer Success leaders to support business planning, performance management, and operational decision-making. This role translates business goals into clear metrics, reports, and actions that improve visibility into performance and support effective prioritization. The position builds and maintains dashboards, supports annual planning, analyzes capacity, trends, and business risks. This role reports to the Director of Business Operations. The Business Operations team supports Customer Success by delivering analysis, reporting, and planning support that helps the organization run effectively. The team works closely with leaders and cross-functional partners to improve decision-making through accurate data, clear insights, and strong process execution. Team members contribute to strategic initiatives, identify risks early, and help keep work moving with clarity and accountability.
