Senior Business Operations Specialist needed by o9 Solutions, Inc. in Dallas, TX to Perform solution delivery, analysis, and interpretation of data to optimize client supply chains through process design, data analytics, solution configuration, and deployment. Set performance metrics, new policies and testing practices. Collect and analyze data to provide decision support information and document to-be processes. Work with onshore and offshore teams to configure solutions and create test-cases to ensure the solutions works per their designs. Participate in process and business requirements sessions with clients and document tobe business process leveraging industry best practices. Work with clients to identify and collect data, such as historical sales, shipment, inventory, logistics, and other operations/supply chain data from sources like databases, Excel sheets and emails. Convert business logic to technical platform design, including knowledge of platform infrastructure. Collaborate with architects and directors to develop clear functional and technical designs document data requirements and build complex datasets. Configure a technical specification document and tool configuration in the o9 platform, as per the design, to solve deep operations/supply chain problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring systems. Utilize mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms and simulations to analyze, manipulate, and interpret large enterprise data and provide business insights and data visualization to the client management. Utilize statistical and optimization tools and programming languages to conduct data integration through extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) and create models to generate time series forecasts and operational plans. Partner with internal Research and Development teams to resolve solution gaps and deploy fixes in the customer environment. Create and execute workflow and data analytics test-cases, document issues, and track progress at resolving issues. Design and implement a testing protocol, with support from junior analysts, with the end goal of automating testing. Collaborate with clients, cross-functional teams, and IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful planning and execution of projects. Plan, develop, and deliver Super User and End User training, for a global user base. Work on SQL Server and MySQL databases. Utilize languages including SQL, MDX, and T-SQL. Implement supply chain planning solutions and work in the supply chain and logistics organization. Lead a team through the full lifecycle of a supply chain. Plan solution implementation through business requirement gathering, solution design and development, UAT/SIT, go-live/cutover, and value realization. Utilize spreadsheets and software, document processing applications, and presentation software, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs. Travel required.
