About The Position

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our team in Oahu Hawaii. This role involves managing the internal business rhythm, organizational workflows, and master administrative controls within a Program Management Office. The specialist will authorize procedural standards for executive correspondence, validate information dissemination protocols, and implement process improvements to optimize administrative efficiency. Additionally, they will orchestrate administrative support operations for a large-scale logistics and sustainment program across the Pacific theater, ensuring seamless headquarters synchronization. Key tasks include managing executive calendar synchronization, coordinating high-level meeting requirements, and directing the tracking of contract-wide action items and milestones. The role also oversees the preparation, review, and routing of official program correspondence and deliverable notifications to Mission Partners to maintain operational readiness. The position provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
  • 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting PMO operations for USSOCOM or USPACOM major commands.
  • Expertise in managing executive-level military correspondence and action-item tracking systems.
  • Professional certification in Project or Operations Management (e.g., PMP or CAPM).
