About The Position

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our team in the Oahu, Hawaii. This role is for a future opportunity. The specialist will manage the internal business rhythm, organizational workflows, and master administrative controls within a Program Management Office. They will authorize procedural standards for executive correspondence, validate information dissemination protocols, and implement process improvements. Additionally, they will orchestrate administrative support operations for a large-scale logistics and sustainment program across the Pacific theater, manage executive calendar synchronization, coordinate high-level meeting requirements, and direct the tracking of contract-wide action items and milestones. The role also involves overseeing the preparation, review, and routing of official program correspondence and deliverable notifications, and providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
  • 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in related discipline.
  • Experience supporting PMO operations for USSOCOM or USPACOM major commands.
  • Expertise in managing executive-level military correspondence and action-item tracking systems.
  • Professional certification in Project or Operations Management (e.g., PMP or CAPM).

Responsibilities
