About The Position

The New Initiatives Team at Airbnb is responsible for building new businesses beyond the company's core offering. This team identifies opportunities, tests them rapidly, and scales successful ventures into durable, high-performing businesses with global reach. The team operates across the entire lifecycle from concept and market validation to operational frameworks and growth strategies for scalability. They collaborate with various functions including Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Supply, and Finance, focusing on turning insights into tangible outcomes. As a Senior Business Strategy and Operations Lead for Ticketing, you will be instrumental in defining the strategy, setting priorities, and driving Airbnb's ticketing business towards its objectives. The ultimate measure of success is the business outcome.
