About The Position

DeepIntent is seeking a Sr Business Intelligence Analyst to join their Revenue Strategy & Operations team. This role will leverage data analysis and reporting tools to extract insights from sales and customer data across the revenue lifecycle. The analyst will provide actionable intelligence to optimize processes, forecasting, and decision-making within DeepIntent’s revenue operations, driving growth and performance. A key responsibility will be defining and executing strategies to maximize monetization opportunities within DeepIntent's DSP platform. The role combines product expertise with a deep understanding of revenue workflows to support initiatives for optimizing pricing models, streamlining operational processes, and delivering innovative features that enhance campaign performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations or business intelligence within the adtech industry.
  • Strong familiarity with DSP platforms, programmatic advertising, and real-time bidding.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing revenue strategies tied to product development.
  • Knowledge of adtech ecosystems, including auction mechanics, yield management, and pricing models.
  • Experience with data analysis tools like SQL and Looker.
  • Familiarity with data transformation tools like dbt.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and revenue tracking systems.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make compelling recommendations for internal strategy, as well as client optimization recommendations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented, well organized, comfortable working independently, and have the technical aptitude to learn new technologies.
  • Self-motivated with high energy and willingness to adapt.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales, operations, and finance teams to align product features with revenue goals and client needs.
  • Serve as the bridge between sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals.
  • Educate internal teams on revenue workflows, platform capabilities, and new product features to drive adoption and operational efficiency.
  • Work with Data Governance and Data Infrastructure to establish key data pipelines and metric definitions.
  • Leverage analytics tools (e.g. Looker, SQL, dbt) to track and report on performance, revenue impact, and user engagement.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, revenue leakage, and growth opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct A/B testing on revenue-related features, interpreting results to inform future strategies.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making for pricing and revenue optimization.
  • Use data to prioritize features and justify business cases for new investments.
  • Use Claude to build custom reporting and generate key business insights.
  • Design and implement revenue operations frameworks that maximize yield, pricing efficiency, and revenue scalability.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics for revenue performance tracking and forecasting.
  • Identify and address inefficiencies in revenue workflows, improving operational processes and reducing time-to-revenue.
  • Partner with product management teams to align operational requirements with DSP product development, ensuring seamless integration of revenue processes.
  • Influence the roadmap for revenue-impacting features, such as pricing algorithms, billing workflows, and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate on feature testing and rollouts, providing operational insights to optimize functionality and performance.
