About The Position

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst develops, implements, and maintains data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making and deliver measurable business value. The role partners with business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze complex data, and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions. The analyst works across enterprise data, analytics, governance, and reporting environments, taking ownership of initiatives, building stakeholder partnerships, and managing multiple priorities. The position also coordinates contract resources across concurrent projects and helps ensure data quality, integrity, security, and sustainable BI processes.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience working within or supporting an Enterprise Data Office, with experience navigating enterprise data, analytics, governance, and/or reporting environments.
Ability to own projects end-to-end, including defining objectives, managing deliverables, communicating project status to business leaders, and demonstrating business value.
Ability to gather, clarify, translate, and document business requirements while serving as a trusted stakeholder partner.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and collaborate across business and technical teams.
Self-starter who takes initiative, works independently, and proactively establishes partnerships across the organization.
Ability to learn the business quickly, identify high-value opportunities, and navigate complex data environments.
Experience supporting both technical, data-driven initiatives and business-facing reporting, analytics, and dashboarding solutions.
Ability to obtain and manage appropriate access to systems, tools, and data sources in complex enterprise environments.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or similar data preparation and ETL tools.
Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable BI platforms.
Experience working with data from multiple enterprise systems and developing repeatable, scalable data preparation and reporting processes.
Strong understanding of data quality, data integrity, governance, and analytics best practices.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Transform complex data into clear visualizations, reports, and insights that enable informed business decisions.
Source, profile, cleanse, transform, and prepare data from multiple enterprise systems using Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or similar tools.
Develop and maintain automated data preparation and transformation workflows, with an emphasis on Alteryx, to improve data quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Develop, implement, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Coordinate and provide day-to-day direction to contract resources across concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs, translate requirements into solutions, and communicate progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across BI and analytics activities.
Document BI processes, methodologies, workflows, and procedures to support consistency and long-term sustainability.
