Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of internal communication strategies that support business priorities, leadership initiatives, and organizational change.
  • Draft, edit, and manage executive‑level messaging including leadership updates, town hall communications, organizational announcements, and enterprise communications.
  • Translate complex or ambiguous initiatives into clear, concise messaging tailored to diverse internal audiences.
  • Ensure communications are aligned to enterprise standards, leadership tone, and change readiness best practices.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, connection, and organizational alignment.
  • Partner with leadership and stakeholders to plan enterprise and local engagement events (e.g., town halls, appreciation initiatives, leadership forums).
  • Develop engagement materials, talking points, and toolkits to support consistent execution across teams.
  • Monitor engagement effectiveness and adapt strategies based on feedback and organizational needs.
  • Own and manage internal SharePoint sites and Teamworks pages as central hubs for organizational content, leadership materials, and resources.
  • Establish governance, structure, and standards to ensure content accuracy, usability, and sustainability.
  • Oversee content lifecycle management, including intake, review, updates, and retirement of materials.
  • Continuously improve platform design and navigation to enhance employee experience and adoption.
  • Develop and maintain organizational maps, team structures, and leadership views to support transparency, onboarding, and operating model clarity.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure org materials accurately reflect structure, accountability, and strategic alignment.
  • Support organizational change efforts with visual materials that clarify roles, responsibilities, and interdependencies.
  • Serve as the Early Careers Working Committee representative for the line of business, acting as the primary liaison between enterprise Early Careers teams and internal leadership.
  • Coordinate and align Early Careers initiatives, communications, and timelines within the line of business to ensure consistent execution and engagement.
  • Partner with enterprise and LOB stakeholders to support onboarding, engagement, development, and retention initiatives for early‑career talent.
  • Translate enterprise Early Careers messaging and programs into LOB‑specific communications and materials that align with organizational priorities.
  • Ensure leadership awareness and participation in Early Careers programs, events, and initiatives.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the line of business to enterprise Early Careers partners to inform continuous improvement and program effectiveness.
  • Lead and support special projects and cross‑functional initiatives requiring structured execution, communication, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across processes, communications, and operating routines.
  • Act as a trusted execution partner to leaders, proactively anticipating needs and driving work forward without requiring direction.
