About The Position

PracticeLink.com is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to join their growing team. This senior-level position is responsible for advanced outbound outreach, strong discovery and qualification, and disciplined handoffs to enable Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to close new logos and expansion opportunities. The role reports directly to the Chief Customer Officer and may be based in St. Louis, MO, or Hinton, WV. The candidate will drive pipeline growth by consistently generating high-quality, qualified meetings and influencing downstream revenue outcomes, operating with autonomy and focusing on quality over volume, targeted outreach, and context-rich discovery. This role does not carry direct closing responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required
  • 3+ years' experience in business development, sales development, recruitment, or outbound sales roles
  • Demonstrated success consistently generating qualified meetings and contributing to revenue outcomes
  • Strong outbound prospecting, discovery, and qualification skills, and ability to prioritize effectively with a focus on high-impact activity
  • Clear, professional communication skills across phone, email, and virtual platforms with strong organizational skills and attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and outreach tools
