About The Position

Baxter Planning is growing, and we are looking for a high-energy, seasoned Senior Business Development Representative to help fuel our next phase of growth. This role sits at the front of our go-to-market engine and is responsible for generating high-quality pipeline for our Enterprise GTM Team. This is a true prospecting role focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying opportunities within our target market. You will partner closely with Sales and Marketing to break into enterprise accounts, build early-stage relationships, and create momentum that leads to new business. Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or prospecting roles (a must)
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or Enterpise Tech sales (a must)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • High level of curiosity and a desire to deeply understand customer problems
  • Ability to articulate value in business terms, not just product features
  • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with high activity levels and structured outreach
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense or similar
  • Actively leveraging AI tools but maintaining personal, human touch in outreach
  • Energy, urgency, and a strong work ethic
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn
  • A team-first mindset with a commitment to shared success
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection and adapt quickly

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies across target accounts
  • Identify and engage senior-level decision-makers within enterprise organizations
  • Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for Account Executives
  • Research accounts to understand their service operations, challenges, and potential fit for Baxter Planning
  • Leverage a mix of phone, email, LinkedIn, and other tools to drive engagement
  • Re-engage dormant opportunities and nurture early-stage pipeline
  • Partner closely with Marketing to follow up on campaigns, events, and inbound leads
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data in Salesforce
  • Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback and results
