About The Position

PracticeLink.com seeks a Senior Business Development Representative to join its growing team. This role is responsible for advanced outbound outreach, strong discovery and qualification, and disciplined handoffs to Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to secure new logos and expansion opportunities. The position reports directly to the Chief Customer Officer and can be based in St. Louis, MO, or Hinton, WV. The candidate will be crucial in driving pipeline growth by consistently generating high-quality, qualified meetings and influencing revenue outcomes. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, focusing on quality over volume, prioritizing prospects, executing targeted outreach, and delivering context-rich discovery. Ideal candidates will represent a senior-level position within the business development career track and will not have direct closing responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required
  • 3+ years' experience in business development, sales development, recruitment, or outbound sales roles
  • Demonstrated success consistently generating qualified meetings and contributing to revenue outcomes
  • Strong outbound prospecting, discovery, and qualification skills, and ability to prioritize effectively with a focus on high-impact activity
  • Clear, professional communication skills across phone, email, and virtual platforms with strong organizational skills and attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and outreach tools
