About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Representative (Level 5) to join the Air Dominance (AD) team supporting the MQ-25 program in Berkeley, MO. Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with the US Navy/DoD requirements, budgeting and acquisition processes
• Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and influence senior level executives
• Skilled in leading strategic technical briefings and effectively communicating specialized mission planning information to domestic (USAF/USN) and foreign military customers
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
• This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with government acquisition processes including Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E)
• Experience with the acquisition of new business, proposal development, and IRAD program execution
• Experience in Business Development and Strategy
• Experience as a Capture Team Lead or Sales Lead
• Bachelor's Degree or higher

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
• Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Manages, develops and integrates cross-functional teams.
