Our customers are expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a Senior BDR who wants to help build the next stage of our go-to-market engine.

Responsibilities

Build pipeline daily through cold calls, DMs, emails, events, and referrals.
Own inbound and outbound opportunities and help move deals forward.
Run discovery calls and demos with prospective customers.
Work directly with founders and GTM leadership to sharpen messaging, positioning, and outbound strategy.
Test new prospecting motions, messaging frameworks, and growth channels.
Help build and document the outbound playbook as we scale.
Turn customer conversations into actionable feedback for the team.
Helping newer BDRs improve their outreach, calls, and prospecting.
Sharing what’s working and raising the performance level of the team.
Acting as a bridge between founders and the BDR team.
Communicating priorities, feedback, and best practices.
Leading by example through your own execution.
