About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Representative (Level 5) to join the Air Dominance (AD) team supporting the MQ-25 program in Berkeley, MO! Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with the US Navy/DoD requirements, budgeting and acquisition processes
  • Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and influence senior level executives
  • Skilled in leading strategic technical briefings and effectively communicating specialized mission planning information to domestic (USAF/USN) and foreign military customers
  • Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
  • This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
  • To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with government acquisition processes including Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E)
  • Experience with the acquisition of new business, proposal development, and IRAD program execution
  • Experience in Business Development and Strategy
  • Experience as a Capture Team Lead or Sales Lead
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher

  • Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
