About The Position

Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the company's entry and expansion into cashless solutions. This role will focus on promoting state-of-the-art cashless payment and access control systems using RFID/NFC technology for events like music festivals and sports events across the USA. The goal is to establish strategic partnerships, penetrate new markets, and enhance attendee experiences through convenience, security, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to introduce and expand Fever’s cashless solutions in the sports hospitality and music festival industries.
  • Identify key opportunities for growth and adoption of cashless solutions.
  • Forge and maintain strategic alliances with event organizers, venue managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Align technology solutions with client operational needs and enhance event experiences.
  • Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Craft customized presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to tailor cashless wristband offerings.
  • Ensure offerings meet market demands and deliver exceptional user satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes.
  • Inform strategic planning and product innovation based on market analysis.
  • Oversee the client journey from implementation to post-event support.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the market’s voice within Fever, gathering and integrating client and attendee feedback.
  • Drive ongoing enhancements to product and service offerings based on feedback.
