Requirements

  • 3-6 Years of Experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within staffing, professional services, or a related industry.
  • A Proven Production Record: Demonstrated ability to carry, hit, and exceed sales quotas.
  • Hunter Mentality: Ability to build pipeline from scratch through outbound discipline and relentless follow-through.
  • Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to listen, diagnose needs, and build trust before closing business.
  • Radical Communication: Direct, credible, and confident communication skills at all levels.
  • Coachability: Willingness to welcome feedback, apply it quickly, and hold oneself to a high standard.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the Accounting & Finance, or professional services talent landscape is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a targeted outbound strategy to identify, engage, and close new client relationships within a designated vertical and geography.
  • Drive net new revenue through cold outreach, relationship-building, strategic account mapping, and consultative selling.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base and deepen relationships to expand wallet share.
  • Position yourself as a trusted market advisor, bringing industry insights, compensation data, and workforce intelligence to client conversations.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to ensure client needs are met with speed, precision, and the right talent.
  • Maintain a rigorous, data-driven approach to pipeline management using CRM and AI tools, tracking activity, forecasting revenue, and optimizing strategy.
  • Represent the brand as a senior representative in client meetings, industry events, and all touchpoints.
