About The Position

To manage, coordinate, and directly support the administrative and business management, and/or staff activities within a Process/Department. Ability to think & act on own initiative in providing process management of financial, human resource, and administrative support functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2 years of office-related experience
  • Experience in all steps of the process for Requisitions/Purchase Orders, including submitting supporting documentation like Exclusive Acquisition Justification (EAJs) and Purchasing Support Questionnaires (PSQs).
  • Experience processing Non-PO Vouchers.
  • Experience processing Travel Authorizations and Expense Reports.
  • Experience creating new vendors in the system.
  • Experience with PaymentWorks.
  • Experience with account codes.
  • Experience with signature routing.
  • Experience as KRONOS Department Manager, including reviewing, editing, and approving employee time cards, leave, and missed punch requests.
  • Experience proofing documents.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks when facing multiple deadlines.
  • Administrative support for executives, including in the C-Suite.

Responsibilities
