The Single-Family division is looking for a senior business communications partner to help leaders drive clarity, alignment, and engagement around division priorities. In this role, you will translate strategy into straightforward, actionable messages and executive-ready materials that support day-to-day decision-making, operating rhythms, and change adoption across the business. This role helps Single-Family leaders communicate with purpose and precision—turning complex work into clear narratives, creating executive-ready materials, and keeping teams aligned to what matters most. You’ll support leadership visibility, strengthen internal alignment, and enable effective execution through consistent messages, timely updates, and practical communications support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders with executive writing and internal/business communications in a complex organization.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging communications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with PowerPoint expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to consult with stakeholders, understand business context quickly, and deliver timely, executive-ready materials in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Financial services or highly regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Single-Family leaders to shape messaging and materials that support division objectives, operating rhythms, and key decisions.
  • Draft and refine executive-ready communications (talking points, briefs, remarks, Q&A, presentations, and leader emails) tailored to specific audiences and moments.
  • Maintain divisional message frameworks and reusable content (key themes, FAQs, leader narratives) to ensure consistency and speed across priority initiatives.
  • Manage leader profile and speaker support (bios, headshots, introductions, and readiness materials) and coordinate prep for internal and external engagements as needed.
  • Support communications for business initiatives and change efforts—engaging employees and helping teams understand the “why,” “what,” and “what’s next,” and enabling adoption across the division.
  • Plan and deliver core internal communications for Single-Family (newsletters, leader updates, meeting recaps, intranet posts, and event communications) with clear calls to action.
  • Collaborate with marketing/omnichannel partners when division priorities require broader campaign support, ensuring executive content and timing align to business needs.
  • Work cross-functionally (strategy, product, sales, risk, operations) to gather inputs and produce concise, accurate content for multiple channels and formats.
  • Track effectiveness through practical measures (reach, engagement, leader feedback, and action completion) and use insights to improve clarity, cadence, and impact.
