About The Position

Invariant seeks a Director to join our growing Executive Engagement team. This role is designed for a strategic operator who can move seamlessly between client advisory, relationship management, and execution. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building an engagement strategy for a Fortune 500 executive, curating a high-level salon dinner, managing complex stakeholder outreach, and leading day-to-day client coordination. The Director will play a key role in scaling and operationalizing a rapidly growing practice focused on influence strategy, executive engagement, thought leadership, and curated relationship-building opportunities. Invariant is a different kind of firm, looking at communications, public affairs, government relations, and business strategy holistically. You will do challenging, impactful work here.
